No. Limits count Shopify products, not individual variants. A product with multiple sizes or colors counts as one product.

### What happens when a catalog exceeds the plan limit?

The plan stays active and Chizy continues learning up to the product limit. Additional products are not learned until the merchant selects a larger plan. Upgrades are merchant-initiated.

### What is included in Free?

Free includes unlimited AI conversations, up to 200 learned products, product recommendations, in-chat shopping, order tracking, human handover, and 90-day live chat history.

### When is Growth or higher relevant?
